Cancellation Policy

In the event that the customer fails to make the required payment, SPT Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour without any reference to the customer.
2. SPT Tours will not cancel any of their published tours unless there is a failure from one of their suppliers, such as hotels, cruise ships, tour guides, transportation companies, or any other force majeure event that affects the requested tour. In such cases, SPT Tours will offer the client an alternative tour in the same category (Day Tour, Tour Packages, or Nile Cruise) of their choice, with a discount of 10%, or the option to change the tour date with a discount of 5%.
3. If the customer does not accept any of the solutions mentioned in paragraph 2, SPT Tours will refund the full amount to the customer's chosen bank account within 21 working days.
4. SPT Tours will not be held responsible for any failures caused by their suppliers, and therefore, they will not be required to pay any additional fees as an apology to the customer.
5. SPT Tours is obligated to inform the customer about the cancellation of their tour due to any of the reasons mentioned above by sending an email from one of their official accounts (example@spt-tours.com).
6. The person who fills out the booking form for the requested tour, referred to as the "Customer" in this agreement, is bound by the terms and conditions stated in the agreement.

B. Customer Liability

1. The individual who fills out the booking form for any of our published tours, as mentioned in this agreement, is referred to as the "Customer." By submitting the booking form, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. If the Customer wishes to cancel their booking, they must notify SPT Tours by letter or email as soon as possible. The cancellation will only be considered effective once it is received by SPT Tours via email. The following cancellation charges will apply:
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before the requested date, a charge of 25% of the tour price will be applicable.
- If the cancellation is made 21 days before the requested date, a charge of 30% of the tour price will be applicable.
- If the cancellation is made 15 days before the requested date, a charge of 50% of the tour price will be applicable.
- If the cancellation is made 7 days before the requested date, a charge of 100% of the tour
